Bartender

Do you have a love for dogs and mixing drinks? Tails & Ales is looking for experienced bartenders to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Create a friendly and fun experience for guests and maintain a standard of world class customer service.

• Consistently craft and quickly serve food and beverages. Everything from lattes to margaritas.

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment

• Communicate guest’s needs and experiences to managers, ensure availability of products and services by communicating to managers.

Qualifications:

• Must love dogs! Will get to interact with pups and their owners all-day

• Sales experience a huge plus

• Knowledge and experience working with Point of Sale (POS) systems 

• Strong people skills as you will be interacting with the owners of the dogs and will be the face of our customer park experience

• Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments

• Comfortable around dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and breeds

• Responsible, reliable, honest, and able to work well independently and as a team

• Availability to work morning, mid-day, nights, and potentially holidays

• Ability to be physically active and lift up to 50 lbs

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and cooperate seamlessly with co-workers, management, and shift leaders

• Ability to work & think independently, make quality decisions in the absence of a supervisor
