Park Attendant

Do you have a love for dogs and mixing drinks? Tails & Ales is looking for experienced bartenders to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Create a friendly and fun experience for guests and maintain a standard of world class customer service.

• Monitor the park and maintaining control of all dogs

• Actively play and interact with the dogs

• Clean up messes promptly and thoroughly to ensure a safe and clean environment 

• Build relationships with members (dogs and their owners)

• Detect when dogs are playing too rough and diffuse the situation

• Promptly break up and handle any doggie scuffles that might occur (won’t be often but will inevitably happen)

Qualifications:

• Prior professional dog handling preferred but on-site training also available

• Strong people skills as our attendants will be interacting with the owners of the dogs and will inevitably be the face of our customer park experience

• Must love dogs and cleaning. A priority for us is to keep the space clean and sanitized, along with being able to hang out with pups all-day 

• Comfortable around dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and breeds

• Responsible, reliable, honest, and able to work well independently and as a team

• Availability to work morning, mid-day, nights, and potentially holidays

• Ability to be physically active during shifts, work outside in various weather conditions, and lift 50lbs.

• Don’t mind getting dirty with the dogs!

*Employee dogs are held to the same standards as our members. Dogs must be fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and socialized for group play.
