Ease into your morning with a relaxed outdoor yoga session in the yard at Tails & Ales. Surrounded by fresh air, open space, and the calm energy of the morning, this class offers a peaceful way to move your body and reset for the day ahead.

Designed for all experience levels, the session focuses on gentle movement, breath, and balance rather than intensity. Whether you’re a regular yoga practitioner or simply looking for a refreshing way to start your day, the class is approachable, welcoming, and easy to follow.

Practicing outdoors brings a different rhythm to the experience. The open yard creates a calm, grounding environment where you can stretch, breathe, and settle into the morning without the rush of a typical workout setting. It’s less about perfect poses and more about enjoying the movement, the atmosphere, and the shared moment of starting the day together.

You’re welcome to come on your own or bring a friend. After class, stick around to enjoy coffee, a morning drink, or a little extra time in the yard before the rest of the day begins.

Please bring your own yoga mat and arrive a few minutes early to get settled. The session will begin promptly at 9 AM and wrap up around 10 AM.

It’s the perfect way to start your morning — a little movement, a little sunshine, and a calm reset before the weekend unfolds.
